BLANK SPACE is pleased to announce its participation in Context Art Miami 2023 which will be held from December 5 to December 10, 2023. The gallery will present various artists whose bodies of work are created with variety of media and unique technique. Featured artists include Kyuhak Lee, Byungjin Kim, Sangsik Hong, Gregory Hayes, Yoo Hyun, Heekyung Kim, Hyunsook Jeong, Miguel Vallinas, Matthew Langley, Boree Hur, Randall Stolzfus, and Nemo Jantzen.
BLANK SPACE is a contemporary gallery where the worlds of art and culture converge. Through a platform that celebrates experimental art forms and encourages innovative practices, BLANK SPACE presents work from emerging artists with experimental approach and established artists with imaginative views.

Boree Hur is an internationally recognized Korean painter who captures the relationship between objects, particularly flowers, and our perception of them. An expert with colors and organic forms of nature, she aims to highlight the many threads shared between humans and nature.

BLANK SPACE is proud to present two new series from Miguel Vallinas, 'Blanco' and 'Naturaleza', both on exhibition for the first time. Vallinas’ work explores surrealist impulses and historical references through a very contemporary lens. Key to his work is his incredibly recognizable visual style which isolates the subject in a black void, creating a contrast between the bold color palettes of his subject and the depth of the background. Printed using Lambda digital-c printing, bonded to archival board and sealed with a protective layer of high quality matte resin, the richness of these works compliments the incredible detail and intricacy of Vallinas' creativity.

HYUNSOOK JEONG
Light, in myth and in practice, gives life and is the foundation of many aspects of society; agriculture, time, creation mythology, and it has long been the practice of humans to attempt to define this life force through metaphysical means. Hyunsook Jeong uses naturally iridescent materials, mother of pearl and crystal, to capture the eternity of this light on the canvas. -
