Overview
Exploring the intersection of Quantum physics and Monism, Farsad Labbauf's linear painting style challenges the viewer with unique expressions of light, form, and color. His works exist in a state of flux, uncovering the duality of segmentation and unity and drawing on a wide range of sources for inspiration.

Farsad Labbauf's linear painting style draws inspiration from Figurative Expressionism and results in persuasive and challenging paintings and drawings. With a focus on layered meanings, his portraits are unique expressions of light, form, and color, drawing on elements of Quantum physics and Monism. Labbauf believes that a painting must exist in a state of flux as all events, objects, people, and thoughts are constantly changing, and his works exist "halfway between completion and dissolution" uncovering the duality of segmentation and unity.

Labbauf received his education at Rhode Island School of Design and has been featured in group and solo exhibitions for over 20 years, exhibiting in Iran, the US, and the Netherlands. His work is part of collections including Saatchi Gallery in London, Salsali Private Museum in Dubai, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Esfahan, and the Walt Disney Corporation in Orlando. Carstens de Boer Art Collection in Amsterdam also showcases his work.
